Our trainers are Japanese and do not speak English. But please don’t worry. We use translation apps, gestures and demonstrations, and we guide you carefully, step by step, with the omotenashi (hospitality) that Japan is known for. Most Pilates movements are easy to follow by watching.

Price
Trial session: 90 minutes, ¥2,980 (tax incl.)
Includes counseling, a posture and body check, and a Pilates lesson.
After the trial, you can choose from tickets, monthly plans (from ¥9,900 per month for 2 × 30 minutes, tax incl.) or pay-per-visit. Prices depend on the trainer’s rank. We will explain in detail at your trial, with no pressure to sign up.
